Fix reporting table output for SOC/LC table #134

Right now that table is calculating over pixels that persisted within each class over the period - modify to show SOC totals over annual LC

@mgroglich - any memory of why I added this (in case you can read my mind...)? Do you recall which is the recommendation from UNCCD/GPG?
