Add updated table for SDG 15.3.1 (with 7 classes) #231

Need to:

[ ] Update the calculation code to output 7 classes
[ ] Update the output excel file
[ ] Update the website text to refer to 7 classes

@mgroglich - how do we handle backwards compatibility? Do we make 5 or 7 class output an option?

@mgroglich, @gdaldegan - I'll leave this in your hands. Not a huge priority to get this in, but adding this would be mostly some mix of the two of you to update the GEE code and then the local code for tabulating the results and producing the excel file. Also we'd need to update the website text with the new methods.

@gdaldegan, @mgroglich - we need to decide what direction to go on this one. These 7 classes will vary from the GPG, but I'd argue they are still worth providing as they more clearly differentiate between temporal and spatial variability among pixels. What are your thoughts? We don't want to confuse users, but we also do want something that is well tested. Should we do something similar to what we did in the past with LPD, where we have the 5 class, 7 class, and new GPG as an option? Or something different?
