Need to support logging into LandPKS:

[ ] login to LandPKS using oauth
[ ] list available data from LandPKS
[ ] support filtering available data from LandPKS (to all public data, or only data linked to the logged in user)
[ ] support downloading data from LandPKS into the datasets tab
[ ] support mapping data downloaded from LandPKS
