Final fixes before 2.0 release

• [x] bump version to 2.0
• [x] Drop LandPKS login screen and data download page
• [x] Hide false positive/negative tool and data upload fields for reporting
• [x] Add page explaining how to completely remove and reinstall plugin, and recommending a restart of QGIS
• [ ] Send release email @gabrieldaldegan
• [x] Fix links in docs pages
• [x] Add checks to not allow running some tools on points
