Next steps for the alert dashboard view

With the MVP work for https://github.com/ConservationMetrics/guardianconnector-views/issues/16 complete, hereby documenting some next steps and future features to implement:

• [x] Update documentation and clean up code where needed
• [x] Option to return AlertsIntroPanel back into view (aside from refreshing the page).
• [x] Date range filter to allow the user to filter the alerts
• [x] Ability to download a selection of alerts (i.e. what is shown on the screen after filtering has been applied)
• [DESCOPED] Ability to mark alerts as having been verified (e.g. ground truthed, inspected, or socialized within the community) and show a visual cue somewhere on the dashboard.

This item will require us to rethink the ontology of alerts as a whole, will touch more parts of the stack than just GCV, and is likely out of scope with our current milestone project, so I will descope this from the issue and log this in our engineering tasks as a future ticket.
