Briefly describing the functionality of the new view in readme.md and adding some missing pieces of information in docs/config.md.
Fixing an issue with the dockerenv.sh script where it was leaving spaces in place that were erroneously passed to Nuxt as part of the env string.
Removing some vestigial code in the auth middleware and login.vue.
In login.vue, changing the lifecycle in which authStrategy gets set from mounted() to an earlier created() to avoid potential bugs.
In Alerts.vue component, streamlining the state changes for closing and opening the sidebar.
In so doing... a new feature (described in https://github.com/ConservationMetrics/guardianconnector-views/issues/25) snuck its way in that probably coulda/shoulda been its own PR - a new button to reset the dashboard once the sidebar has been closed, which brings back AlertsIntroPanel, flies to default zoom on the map, and turns pulsing circles back on.
