Use of YYYYMM field (which can be lexographically sorted) for AlertsSlider (formerly AlertSlider) and AlertsChart (formerly AlertChart).
In AlertsDashboard, handle date filtering where AlertsSlider emits "Earlier" for start/end dates, using values provided by the API: earliest alert date, and date 12 months before the latest one.
Use Mapbox's querySourceFeatures() instead of queryRenderedFeatures() for improved filtering of features based on source, not what is displayed on the viewport.
Re-add pulsing circles if recent alerts shown after date filtering & map is idle.
For Downloads, handle edge cases where the provided geojson is an empty array.
Add a Google maps link for geographic centroids.
Add an updated screenshot (with dummy data) for documentation.
If both start and end markers in the alerts slider are set to "Earlier", the map now filters alerts to provide only those within the range of the earliest data provided, to data up to 12 months ago, which is the limit of the number of intervals in the slider
