Implementing functionality needed to support the Feedback Frames methodology. Specifically added forum-level toggleable options for:
(1) anonymizing everything (including in email notifications)
(2) hiding the opinions of others (including point inclusions)
(3) freezing a forum so that nothing can be added, changed, or removed
For good measure, I also added an option for disabling email notifications for the forum entirely.
