Anonymize data-exports #178

Apply customizations.anonymize_everything to data-export process.

To test this in my development environment, I had to manually create directory ./lib/tasks/client_data/export

https://github.com/Considerit/ConsiderIt/pull/177 depends on this pull request. Because I wouldn't want to merge 177 without also merging this request, I think it would be best to keep them in the same pull request. That way we can test all the dependent changes as one.
