Hey all,

Mind if I start running the CWL conformance tests through consonance on ci.commonwl.org?

For now I can leave the tests out of the main "CWL conformance tests" view until you're ready for more scrutiny.

Tips on running consonance w/o Amazon (a.k.a all within a single machine) would be welcome..
