Remove snapshot and snapshot-info files from disk after majority is picked for the nodes that don't send snapshots to cloud. #1394

Currently snapshot and snapshot-info are only marked as sent for the nodes that have cloud config specified. For the nodes that don't have it these files accumulate infinitely.
