greater text length moves date element making it invisible. also increases card in height on chat page
greater bio length makes friend card increase in height in friends page
greater bio length makes recommendation card increase in height on home page

tasks

[x] make spacing constant on chats page and limit message preview characters
[x] shorten long text in bio
