We have looked into the issue. The Sandbox Data Recipient
is not getting a response from the HSBC_UAT Data Holder discovery document - https://public-qa.ob.hsbc.com.au/.well-known/openid-configuration
The Sandbox Data Recipient
GetOidcDiscovery function, used during the PAR request creation, will call the Data Holder discovery endpoint. The discovery endpoint is not returning a response which is then causing a timeout.
Can you confirm the discovery endpoint is available - https://public-qa.ob.hsbc.com.au/.well-known/openid-configuration
