This project aims to enhance our internal operational efficiency and knowledge management by implementing an AI chatbot solution aligned with Consumer Data Right (CDR) standards. The project will focus on the development and integration of a production-level, internal-only AI chatbot. The chatbot will adhere to CDR standards, rules, and guides, utilising publicly available CDR information.

We have implemented an internal AI Chatbot named CeDRIC to enhance our internal operational efficiency and knowledge management. CeDRIC uses a knowledge base that contains Consumer Data Right (CDR) standards, rules, and guides - all publicly available CDR information.
