The DSB is continuing to support Treasury following the successful consent review consultation jointly led by the Treasury and DSB.
This includes advice to Treasury regarding policy direction, as well as bilateral consultations with the community. This is expected to result in formal consultation on rules and CX standards to facilitate the implementation of the consent review proposals.
Pending the making of any amended rules and/or standards, the CX Guidelines will also subsequently require updates to demonstrate how ADR-side consent requirements might be simplified and implemented.
