In Q1 2024, we implemented an AI Chatbot named CeDRIC to enhance our internal operational efficiency and knowledge management. CeDRIC uses a knowledge base that contains Consumer Data Right (CDR) standards, rules, and guides - all publicly available CDR information.
In this phase, we will continue to broaden the knowledge base with other publicly available CDR information. We aim to use the chatbot for the identified internal use cases, and actively collect feedback and performance data to evaluate its effectiveness.
