The CX Working Group develops artefacts on an ongoing basis to support implementation based on community requests, research-driven revisions, rules evolution, and standards development.
Artefacts include CX Guidelines, version-controlled open source assets, CX measures used in our research, and an obligation checklist. These assets are made public on the CX Guidelines website.
Subject to the Minister's decision concerning the proposed v3 and v4 (energy) Rules, the Q4 CX Artefact items are expected to include:

Use of Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs)
CDR Representative Arrangements
CDR Sponsorship Arrangements
