Problem Statement

The existing PRD comparator tool has been very successful and is widely used. Originally it was an experiment to see if such a tool would be useful and that has been proven.

This task is to define the future state of the comparator tool and to define how it could be extended beyond PRD and Discovery.

Future state is now determined. We will be retaining the comparator tool and begin investing in a "Requester" user interface to act as a test client for all CDR resource APIs.

Work on this will occur in Q1 2022
