for insight disclosure consents: how accredited persons can meet the requirement to explain CDR insights to consumers
for trusted advisor and insight disclosure consents, notification requirements to inform consumers that their data will leave the CDR ecosystem when it is disclosed
This consultation progresses from the CX items raised in NP207.
The DSB encourages feedback on any additional CX Standards and CX Guidelines that the community views as necessary.
CX research on this issue will be taking place in Q4 2021.
