The CX Working Group conducts consumer research on an ongoing basis to test CDR propositions, standards, and elements of informed consent and comprehension. This work is typically based on community raised issues, rules evolution, and standards development.

The Q2 CX research items are expected to include:

Telecommunications data language standards
Additional descriptions for energy CX guidelines
Authentication uplift*

*Expected to relate to app to app authorisation work

Will there be an item for CX Research over Q2, or would it make for sense to place all CX Research for the remainder of FY21/22 to go here?
