In Q3-Q4 2022, the DSB's CX team and Treasury collaborated on a consent review noting paper, CX research, and public workshop.
CX research has begun to understand how the consent flow might be simplified while maintaining intuitive, informed, and trustworthy consent experiences. This will support the Consent Review work to identify which elements of the consent model might be simplified, and how this could be done. Research began in September and is expected to conclude in late October/early November for the immediate scope, with work intended to be ongoing following a public workshop in November.
