A review of a number of issues relating to business consumers need to be addressed as a cross-sectoral decision proposal. This will include:

• The inclusion of business email address and phone number to ensure CX language aligns with the technical payloads
• The potential for nominated representative (or agent) to be separated from the main customer payload
• Consideration of user profile in the context of nominated representatives
