Support required for BCP47 [RFC5646] language tags in registration? #27

Will the CDR spec follow OIDC's dynamic registration specification and require that DHs support BCP47 [RFC5646] language tags in the registration requests? for example - 'client_name#ja-Jpan-JP'.

I don't believe this is a requirement.
