12.2 might imply vectors of trust is required. #30

§12.2 of version 0.0.3 of the spec has a requirement for the vot claim, however there is no qualification regarding vectors of trust being optional as there is in §12.1.

I imagine some readers might think this implies vectors of trust is required to support write operations.
