Reflect FAPI and CIBA Core updates in Profile #50

The CIBA Core draft was released in mid December and FAPI-CIBA has been updated to point to the new Core standard. This has resulted in the following changes:

Open ID Provider Discovery/Config metadata changes
Client Registration metadata changes
Removal of support for the Push.
Pairwise-identifier support for Pull and Ping modes.

The profile will be updated to reflect these changes.
