Documentation bug: 422 error codes - description should refer to request body not URI #389

Description

This issue was submitted by a data holder via ZenDesk. The description for references the URI instead of the request body where the error results from an account ID POSTed to a bulk end point.

Applies when the resource ID is provided in the URI.
