The Large Payload tier currently states that it covers 'Any Unattended calls to the following end points:' whereas it should say 'Any calls to the following end points:'

Non-functional requirements
Change Proposed
Remove the word 'Unattended' as a defect. This reduces the NFR burden of data holders but is being raised in standards maintenance rather than just being corrected to ensure there is implementation impact that the DSB may not be aware of.
DSB Proposed Solution
DSBs proposal is to adopt the Change Proposed as stated above.
