Description

Issue #427 discusses the implementation challenges regarding Sponsored accreditation.

This change request has been created to separate out the CX discussion on sponsored accreditation and the requirements/priority for automated onboarding to help facilitate the scalability concerns raised.

The following requests were raised by ShaneDoolanAdatree:

Allow Sponsor/Principal ADRs to create and maintain software products on behalf of their customers through the CDR Portal and via API.
Introduce automated provisioning of certificates through the CDR Portal and via API.
