Energy plan details - tariffPeriod has limited types - include more values #619
Specifically for our key problem case however an OTHER type would be useful to capture the specific issue and unusual cases (We have customers with a free usage period for EV charging between certain hours on certain days)
Description
In EnergyPlanTariffPeriod (https://consumerdatastandardsaustralia.github.io/standards/#tocSenergyplantariffperiod) we have tariff types that do not map to the existing enum list (PEAK, OFF_PEAK, SHOULDER, SHOULDER1, SHOULDER2)

Change Proposed
Additional types could be taken from https://consumerdatastandardsaustralia.github.io/standards/#tocSenergybillingdemandtransactionv2 or https://consumerdatastandardsaustralia.github.io/standards/#tocSenergybillingusagetransactionv2 however these have some differences which may need aligning.
