The alt field for references is not being used #28

Description The schema definition has provisions for references. The intention (as per description in the schema definition) is that the alt property is the display name and the url property the actual link. Currently the alt property does not appear to be used.

Expected Behaviour If a alt property exists for a reference than this should be the displayed value in the html, otherwise the value for the html link itself will be displayed.

Investigated this and. it turns out that the source input (csv files) has an incorrect format.

Source document (xls) has been updated, required format documented in xls file.
