Remove Assertions A.CFA.001, A.CFC.001, A.CCH.001 and A.CAI.001 and delete from all Test Cases #51

Following a detailed review of these assertions the DSB has decided to remove them to avoid confusion. Other assertions deal with those circumstances where the header attributes are missing or malformed.

Remove Assertions A.CFA.001, A.CFC.001, A.CCH.001 and A.CAI.001 and delete from all Test Cases

When v2.0.0 of the CDR Test Documentation is published the following changes will apply. Note that the numbering convention has changed so identifiers for Suites, Test Cases and Assertions will also change in this version as a result of #57 .

Assertion A.CFA.001 has been deleted and unlinked from the following test cases Suite.006
