1 year ago The consultation draft of Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Data Standards (No. 1) 2023, and its Explanatory Statement was published on www.consumerdatastandards.gov.au/consumer-data-standards on 9 December 2023, and consultation was closed (after an extension was granted) on 3 February 2023. Two submissions were received through public consultation, in addition to a review by the Data Standards Advisory Committee, the Treasury, the Office of the Administrative and Information Commissioner, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Data Standards (No. 1) 2023 was executed by the Data Standards Chair on 23 February 2023, was published at www.consumerdatastandards.gov.au/consumer-data-standards on 27 February 2023, and commenced on 28 February 2023.
This thread has been created to create visibility, and provide additional opportunities for feedback, to a consultation posted on the DSB web site.
