This thread has been created to create visibility, and provide additional opportunities for feedback, to a consultation posted on the DSB web site.

Feedback is now open on this noting paper. Feedback is planned to be closed on 3rd February 2023.

As stated in the noting paper, feedback will not be responded to interactively here on GitHub. It is preferred that submissions in response to this noting paper are sent, via email, to contact@consumerdatastandards.gov.au.

The consultation draft of Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Data Standards (No. 1) 2023, and its Explanatory Statement was published on www.consumerdatastandards.gov.au/consumer-data-standards on 9 December 2023, and consultation was closed (after an extension was granted) on 3 February 2023. Two submissions were received through public consultation, in addition to a review by the Data Standards Advisory Committee, the Treasury, the Office of the Administrative and Information Commissioner, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Data Standards (No. 1) 2023 was executed by the Data Standards Chair on 23 February 2023, was published at www.consumerdatastandards.gov.au/consumer-data-standards on 27 February 2023, and commenced on 28 February 2023.
