Resolve typos in Get Metrics schema #315

A couple of typos were identified that need to be fixed to avoid participant confusion. As this fix is so close to the recent release we have decided to fix in place rather than create a new release.

The fixes are:

The description of the ErrorMetricsV2 model was incorrect
The preIdentification field was incorrectly name

Just flagging here that teams were already reset prior to the update. The above change has resulted in them now needing to restart (from a diff of 60,000+ lines). Would be appreciated if the DSB could stick with it's release process rigidly not make assumptions like "so close" and hide them in a PR without any sort of changelog or issue to trace it with.
