ENH: Dual objective now working. #11

I have added new objective for primal problem with gap as variable and and dual objective with pressure as variable.

@pastewka can you please have a look at it ? If everything is fine, @sindhu2993 can then move on implementing the nonperiodic case.

It's ready to merge. Hessian product have no tests yet but this will be done by testing the new CGs.
