This can be reproduced by running a plastic calculation on https://contact.engineering/go/867nv with a hardness of 0.05

This is a bug in the implementation on the TopoBank end, not in ContactMechanics. The pipeline function for contact (see #44) has been adapted from TopoBank and the bug has been fixed there.
