Roughness Parameters for .zon and .opdx files with missing data

Roughness Parameters for .zon and .opdx files do not load. A possible reason:

• They have missing data, ideally, it should not affect them, but can Webapp calculate roughness parameters for optical profilometry images with missing data? Can you help me figure out why?
