Links to paper #11

Once the paper is out at IOP, we should add links to it throughout the web app. I am thinking about a question mark, maybe on top of the cards next to the Chevron menu, that will take you to the section of the paper describing that particular method.

Any thoughts on this @tdbjacobs @mcrot @jotelha @lthimons ?

I love your idea of linking WITHIN the paper (not just having each section link to the top-level document)
