I would suggest to show durations using full seconds (or hours and seconds), not like what is done currently (see screenshot). If faster that one second, show "< 1 sec.", otherwise show full seconds "5 sec.". If it takes a minute show "5 min.". If longer than an hour show "10 hours, 31 min." I don't think we need granularity finer than seconds, and seconds are only interesting if the job is faster than a minute.
