Some analyses not working when 2 surfaces selected #42

I was comparing two surfaces and found that the graphs wouldn't show. When I Analyze each surface individually, it shows without problem. But when I select both surfaces and click Analyze, then it does the usual "Please wait" -- then this message goes away and is replaced by nothing. See screenshot.

This is probably related to the missing progress bars, ContactEngineering/topobank#858 . The fix for that will be included in the next release 0.90.3.
