Adding documentation to go with my addition of LBaasV2 in PR https://github.com/ContainX/openstack4j/pull/761 (documentation should be merged after that PR is merged).
I've changed the url of lbaasv1 (formerly networks-lbaas) to networks-lbaas-v1. I've done this both because liquid templates does not have a "does not contain" matching (needed for correct side menu folding), and because there are now two versions of lbaas. I'm new to jekyll/this project so if there is a better or preferred way to do this please let me know!
