This PR will

add reminder for checking nofile when setting up Docker daemon over TLS

Because we faced https://github.com/ContainerSSH/ContainerSSH/issues/522 while setting up the honeypot. (the default nofile could be too small and only support < 10 guest containers running in parallel.
