Please describe what you would like to see in ContainerSSH

We should add e2e tests for the container images because they were broken in containerssh/containerssh#146.

Please describe the solution you'd like

Add e2e tests similar to those in containerssh/containerssh, but with a full black box testing. Much of the code can probably be shared.
