Adding support for agent attributes #530

Added the ability to define attributes for each mesos agent. Useful for testing constraints.

@frankscholten Would it be possible to get an official release of minimesos that includes this change?

@dposada I am archiving the repo because minimesos is no longer maintained. You can still fork and run your own release. Have a look at https://github.com/ContainerSolutions/minimesos/wiki/How-to-release-minimesos
