Add simple Examples for Rancher Provider

Create the basic structure for the Rancher Provider:

• CI scripts
• some Test environment
  • check what "sandbox" options are available for testing
• configure credentials/secrets etc.

Add one simplest example for official Terraform Rancher Provider. Could be one of:

• [ ] Cloud Credential
• [ ] Cluster
• [ ] Node Template
