Update terraform to v1 #85

Link issues resolved by this: Resolves #46

Changes/added features:

All examples require Terraform => 1.0.0
CI definition explicitly installs the latest versions of: tflint and terraform

The last tests run on integration was successful: https://github.com/ContainerSolutions/terraform-examples/actions/runs/1122957295

terraform apply finally worked for all examples in the repo 🎉
