Make blocking code modular #15

We need to have a parent script running the URLBlocker and Sentiment analyzer. Both of which serve as modules to the script.

URLBlocker is modularized in 33d80354c8dd5c5031d62527f005d7933e2b4df0. However, URLBlock has a lot of repeated code that can be now removed because of the defined modules. @Us3rRogu3 can you try that later. Closing this issue for now.
