Define Bot Global Actions #47

Bot global actions for Block, Unblock, Session and Unsession need to be defined. A start and an end conversation can also be put into place.

I'll need @Mrigesh08 or @Us3rRogu3 to help me with some good stock pictures for a carousal of actions above.
