Added note about relevance ranking of results #40

Just noticed that the order of results returned was undocumented. Thought I'd just add that results appear to be returned in a logical (relevance ranked) order.

Correct, they are ranked by their lucene score (for EUPMC at least). We might want to check this holds true for the other sources before merging.

I agree, it might actually be recency. Needs more checking
