explain warnings #61

what do all the warnings mean, when executing getpapers? this needs to be part of technical documentation and linked in the getpapers tutorials.

do you have any specific examples? Ideally all warnings should be self explanatory, and not require explaining further in documentation, so I think the first thing to do is optimise the log message text.

@skasberger any more specifics on which warnings are unhelpful? I'll keep an eye out for them, but will be sprinting on the code today and tomorrow, so if you have any examples it would be handy to have them.
