One pager and legal details for Cambridge UL #306

One pager that sells the system - using terms like: Cambridge intends to be a centre for text and data mining for European countries This will allow people to do systematic reviews and large scale literature reviews in minutes rather than days, months or years etc.

We also need to include some info about the legal change to copyright law and also the pressure coming from publishers to rescind the change becaue 'no-one is using it'.
